than a great barbecue sauce. It's a name that has become synonymous with
championship cooking. First crafted in southeast Missouri by Monnie and Lute
Roark and mixed in a No. 3 washtub, the sauce has evolved into a line of
barbecue products tried and tested on the Memphis in May professional
barbecue circuit.
